Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and maintain the technical infrastructure that enables our business operations. The role involves analysing system requirements, building and integrating complex solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability, security and scalability of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test and deploy mission‑critical systems across the enterprise.
• Install, maintain and repair servers and related infrastructure.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for server infrastructure and handle escalated tickets.
• Administer system environments for multiple projects with varying schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with warranty, regulatory and security requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex server‑infrastructure problems.
• Strong track record of handling escalated support tickets and providing timely updates.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic and regular attendance.
