About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment service delivery across Brazil and the South‑East Central Office (SOCO) markets. The role will shape high‑volume hiring strategies, drive digital recruiting adoption, and ensure the organization attracts top talent to support accelerated growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Talent Acquisition service delivery strategy for Brazil and SOCO, making key decisions on hiring priorities.
• Design scalable, high‑volume recruiting approaches aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop the TA Service Delivery team to achieve high performance.
• Drive adoption of digital recruiting tools and data analytics to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Partner with PBPs and business leaders to align talent acquisition with strategic workforce requirements.
• Ensure delivery of recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Manage stakeholder communication and governance across markets to maintain alignment on hiring strategies.
• Identify innovative sourcing strategies to attract scarce and emerging talent profiles.
• Contribute to broader people transformation initiatives by embedding future‑ready talent acquisition practices.
• Optimize operational processes and resource allocation to deliver recruitment outcomes at scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑volume recruitment functions in large, complex organizations.
• Strong decision‑making capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching and developing recruitment teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve hiring performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple markets.
