Talent Acquisition Specialist – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the future of our team in LATAM. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to onboarding, ensuring we hire only the top 1% of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Active Headhunting: Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
• Vetting & Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to assess technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: Move candidates through the interview funnel quickly, as top talent is off the market in days.
• Offer Negotiation: Bridge the company and candidate, explaining the high‑performance culture and Web3‑integrated compensation.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends within the LATAM tech and creative scenes.

Required profile

• Recruitment Experience: Minimum 3 years in a fast‑paced agency or in‑house role, preferably in tech, marketing, or Web3.
• "Hunter" Instinct: Ability to craft cold messages that generate responses from high‑level talent.
• Web3 Fluency: Understand the basics of the blockchain ecosystem and can evaluate genuine wallet experience.
• Bilingual: Perfect professional English plus native Spanish or Portuguese.
• High Autonomy: Remote work, organized, results‑driven and able to meet hiring targets independently.

• Understanding of blockchain ecosystem basics.
