Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow steps, helping the company maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, applying defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to audit operational processes and evaluate performance against standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data review and excellent written documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
