Tax Manager

About the role

As a Tax Manager at KTO Group, you will lead the compliance and strategic tax function for our Brazilian operations. You will work within a fast‑growing iGaming company, ensuring that tax obligations are met while supporting business decisions with expert advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file tax returns for ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IR and CSLL.
• Conduct tax research and monitor changes in Brazilian tax legislation.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory to minimise liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal tax regulations.
• Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on tax matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.
• Professional certification such as CRC or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory.
• In‑depth knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with international taxation and Big 4 audit environments.
• Post‑graduate degree in Taxation or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
