Team Leader B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to drive the success of our B2B sales team. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, enhancing client relationships, and developing the team to exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is up‑to‑date.
• Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges that affect sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time and productivity, conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze performance and customer experience trends to create strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories.
• Stay informed on market and client service developments and disseminate insights to the team.
• Act as escalation point for clients, responding promptly to issues.
• Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients.
• Collaborate on reporting, forecasting, and incentive coordination.
• Build and maintain business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or managing B2B/B2C sales teams.
• Strong ability to monitor performance and supervise teams.
• Background in operations and strategy building.
• Excellent coaching record and a history of developing and retaining talent.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Change management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
