Technical Program Manager – Networking & NPI

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a data‑center service provider environment. The role requires a hands‑on approach to lead cross‑functional teams, navigate ambiguity and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that combine networking hardware and software components.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of NPI programs, from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, quality and budget targets are met.
• Coordinate engineering, software, testing and operations teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Maintain program artifacts in Jira, track milestones and generate status reports for senior leadership.
• Continuously improve processes by incorporating feedback and best practices from previous launches.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in the networking or data‑center sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive results without micromanagement.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the networking industry and data‑center services.
• Background in software development or software testing.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and program management.
