Technical Support Analyst

About the role

The Technical Support Analyst will work as a consultant for UN‑Habitat, providing timely technical assistance to the operational and technical teams involved in the "Urban Qualification in a Key Neighborhood of Belo Horizonte" project.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with UN‑Habitat’s operational and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of project objectives.
• Support the implementation of infrastructure tools for social housing and urban planning in the Izidora area.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining technical systems that underpin project activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to project staff as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform duties diligently and within agreed timelines.
• Willingness to work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
