Technical Support Engineer – Digital Marketing (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a centralized technology support team for a leading global marketing and digital transformation client. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues across enterprise applications, systems and cloud‑based environments, supporting users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems and infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud‑based environments, supporting AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and technical procedures, and identify recurring issues for process improvement.

Required profile

• Based in LATAM, preferably Brazil.
• Professional senior experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration or cloud support.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing, incident‑management or IT service‑management processes.

Required skills

• AWS cloud platform.
• Azure cloud platform.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments.
