Technology Account Management Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Technology Account Management Analyst to join its Technical Account Management (TAM) team in Sao Paulo. In this role you will act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts, helping customers maximize the value of Mastercard’s payment platforms through data‑driven insights and proactive support.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple sources to build dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor customer health, service adoption, transaction performance, and operational metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support root‑cause analysis and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of selected accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and serving as the primary point of contact for performance discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Sales, CIS, Authorization, and Market Delivery teams to resolve issues and drive strategic initiatives.
• Automate reporting processes, improve data quality, and communicate analytics effectively across the organization.
