TikTok Commerce Account Manager – Fashion

About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing commerce team in Brazil as a Commerce Account Manager focused on the fashion category. You will work closely with top Brazilian brands to launch and expand their presence on TikTok, leveraging creators and data‑driven insights to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage leading Brazilian fashion partners to initiate commerce activities on TikTok.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate campaigns, and secure optimal deals.
• Help partners increase exposure by collaborating with creators or developing their own creator networks.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities aligned with partners’ short‑term and long‑term growth plans.
• Ensure high service quality by monitoring cancellation rates, returns, reviews, and conversion metrics.
• Use data analysis to uncover pain points, define business requirements, and prioritize solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience in account or partner management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; comfortable working cross‑functionally in a global environment.
• Experience in fashion‑related category management, social commerce, livestream or short‑video content is a plus.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
