About the role
Join TikTok's fast‑growing commerce team in Brazil as an Account Manager focused on the beauty sector. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with top business partners, leveraging TikTok’s creator ecosystem to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate optimal campaign deals.
- Help partners increase exposure by collaborating with creators or developing their own creator strategies.
- Identify short‑term and long‑term collaborative opportunities aligned with partners’ growth plans.
- Ensure high service quality by monitoring cancellation, return rates, reviews, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze data to uncover pain points, define business requirements, spot opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a global environment.
