TikTok Shop Account Manager - Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead TikTok Shop’s beauty category in Brazil. The role focuses on acquiring top‑tier partners, driving sales through creator collaborations, and ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate campaigns and secure optimal deals.
• Expand partner exposure by leveraging TikTok creators or supporting partners in developing their own creator networks.
• Uncover short‑term and long‑term collaboration opportunities aligned with partners’ growth plans.
• Monitor service quality metrics such as cancellation, return rates and reviews to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to pinpoint pain points, define business requirements and prioritize solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partner or category management, preferably within beauty or social commerce.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and experience working in a client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a global environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
