Training Analyst

About the role

The Training Analyst will design, develop and deliver online training solutions that enable customers and internal teams to use Cyncly’s software suite effectively. The role serves as a technical reference for the training department, ensuring high‑quality content and alignment with Customer Success best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain e‑learning modules, scripts, workshops and lecture materials for Cyncly’s software products.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the training team, providing guidance on product usage.
• Assess and certify partners and instructors on their technical capability to deliver training.
• Plan training logistics, allocate resources such as instructors, materials and equipment.
• Monitor participant progress, collect feedback and continuously improve training content.
• Update training materials to reflect new functionalities or software updates.
• Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to align training strategies with customer needs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and scheduling training sessions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality.
