Transportation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Transportation Analyst to join our Omoda & Jaecoo team in São Paulo. The role will support the efficient movement of vehicles and spare parts, ensuring timely deliveries and high‑quality logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport operations for vehicles and spare parts, monitoring delivery efficiency and tracking control.
• Manage transport suppliers, obtain freight quotations, validate payments and follow up shipments.
• Address dealer requests related to damages, short deliveries, returns and transport documentation.
• Analyze transport claims and work with logistics providers to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare transport KPIs and operational reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Previous experience in transport, spare‑parts logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Familiarity with transport claims, tracking processes and supplier management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP SD (a plus).
• Experience with Power BI (a plus).
