About the role

We are looking for a Traveller Support Agent to provide real‑time assistance to an international clientele, ensuring smooth and high‑quality travel experiences. The role is fully remote and open to residents of Brazil who are fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

Support travellers in real time, handling requests and unexpected situations throughout their journey.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries using CRM and operational tools.
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or hospitality within the travel industry.
Resident of Brazil.
Fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Strong communication, empathy and adaptability.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work autonomously.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems and operational tools.
