VP of Operations (Remote)

About the role

Emailable is an email verification and deliverability platform used by more than 200,000 businesses worldwide. It is hiring a VP of Operations to scale the company from product-market fit to higher uptime, reliability and operational precision. This is a hands-on operator role covering support, engineering coordination, quality, compliance and internal systems, with full-time remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company's operating cadence: weekly standups, sprint reviews, cross-functional syncs, dashboards for SLAs, product delivery and reliability
• Maintain support SLAs, oversee ticket management and escalation paths, and turn support patterns into product and engineering input
• Facilitate sprint planning, ensure engineering deadlines are met, unblock bottlenecks and link product, engineering and support
• Manage SOC2 initiatives and audits, and oversee GDPR processes (DSARs, deletion workflows, DPIAs)
• Create company-wide visibility into priorities, documentation and SOPs
• Manage contractors, LATAM talent and global contributors, and optimize tools such as Crisp, Basecamp and HubSpot

Required profile

• 3-7+ years in SaaS operations (B2B strongly preferred), in a $1M-$15M+ ARR environment
• Very strong project management and execution discipline
• Understanding of engineering cycles, product communication and support workflows
• Nice to have: API-first or infrastructure SaaS experience, GDPR/SOC2 familiarity, background in support operations, experience with global teams, ability to grow into a COO role
