Worldwide Inventory & Optimization Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Worldwide Inventory & Optimization Lead to drive inventory entitlement processes and turn data into actionable business decisions. The role will balance customer service, inventory efficiency and financial commitments while collaborating with regional supply chain, planning, finance, commercial and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global inventory entitlement processes and ensure they are governed and executed effectively.
• Develop and deliver actionable analytics and visualisations that support inventory strategy decisions.
• Translate complex data into business recommendations that optimise service levels, inventory turns and cost targets.
• Partner with regional supply‑chain, planning, finance, commercial and operations stakeholders to align on inventory strategies.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives and digital solutions to enhance inventory decision‑making.
