Academic Success Manager

About the role

Elsevier is seeking an Academic Success Manager to drive renewals and customer satisfaction across the LATAM region. You will act as a trusted partner for universities and research institutions, ensuring faculty and student engagement with our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead renewal cycles for LATAM accounts, maintaining high NPS scores.
• Design and execute engagement plans that integrate Elsevier platforms into daily academic practice, including train‑the‑trainer and end‑user sessions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, generate actionable insights, and proactively address usage risks.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and support successful onboarding and implementation.
• Develop creative initiatives to boost satisfaction, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic relationships.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong results‑oriented mindset with high accountability.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and building trusted partnerships.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the capacity to translate data into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
