Account Executive – Travel Partnerships

About the role

As an Account Executive at Booking.com, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accommodation partners in the Natal region. You will help them maximise their performance on the platform by providing guidance, support, and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to partners via phone and internal communication channels to build strong relationships.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for partners, answering questions, offering support, and ensuring they feel valued.
• Conduct regular performance‑focused conversations to drive availability, competitive pricing, and mutual growth.
• Promote Booking.com’s products and services, explaining benefits and helping partners leverage them.
• Analyse internal data to identify opportunities for partner performance improvement.
• Identify and onboard new accommodation partners to expand the network.
• Resolve critical customer‑service issues for your portfolio quickly and efficiently.
• Organise and deliver workshops, webinars, and other events to educate partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, and results‑oriented.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners over the phone.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Resides within a commutable distance to the Natal office.
