Account Manager – Brazil

About the role

Rentcars is looking for an Account Manager to drive business growth in Brazil. You will manage relationships with existing car‑rental partners, prospect new suppliers and develop product offerings to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of the rental‑company portfolio and identify revenue‑boosting opportunities.
• Negotiate account agreements, commission structures and specific rates for strategic markets.
• Monitor market share, web‑service performance and “no‑result” searches to improve availability and conversion.
• Oversee integration of new partners’ IT systems, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Represent Rentcars at trade fairs and events, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on commercial best practices.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the car‑rental market and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
