Account Manager

About the role

Booking.com is looking for a full‑time Account Manager to join its São Paulo office. You will act as the main point of contact for accommodation partners, helping them understand their performance, market opportunities and industry trends while guiding them to make the most of Booking.com’s tools and products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with partners, adapting style to audience and situation.
• Analyse local market characteristics, trends and drivers to prioritize and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Identify, clarify and prioritize partner needs to create value.
• Match partner needs with relevant Booking.com offerings and present solutions compellingly.
• Drive conversations forward to secure commitment and successful outcomes.
• Represent Booking.com professionally, embodying company values in all interactions.
• Maintain self‑awareness, recognising emotions of self and others to guide behaviour.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an account management or sales role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Pro‑active, responsible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, flexible and open to change.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
