Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with assigned customers, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will ensure successful onboarding, delivery, and ongoing adoption of Trax’s retail technology solutions while demonstrating measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and continuous execution of Trax solutions.
• Conduct business reviews focused on KPIs, insights, and ROI.
• Identify and drive upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, managing risks and escalations.
• Promote adoption and value realization across Trax platforms and analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise or mid‑market CPG, retail, or SaaS customers.
• Strong communication, commercial, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and English (B1+); Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to ~10% as needed.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
