Account Manager – Marketplace New Seller Recruitment

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Account Manager to join its Marketplace team in São Paulo. The role is split between acquiring new merchants (50%) and managing existing accounts (50%), helping sellers launch and grow on Amazon while ensuring they meet the platform’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and recruit high‑potential merchants via phone or email.
• Prioritise and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Partner with new merchants, providing data‑driven insights and advice to optimise their performance on Amazon.
• Educate merchants on Amazon’s delivery, customer‑experience standards and platform tools.
• Enable merchants to become self‑sufficient in catalog, inventory and performance management.
• Learn category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing.
• Track, analyse and report development results for the merchant portfolio.
• Prioritise time effectively in a KPI‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Preferred experience in e‑commerce, retail or advertising.
