Account Manager / Sales Director (Hybrid)

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager who will act as a Sales Director for a fast‑expanding market. The role is hybrid and focuses on driving profitable growth, shaping commercial strategy, and leading a high‑performance sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed financial and broader business objectives.
• Attract, retain and develop a high‑performance sales function.
• Coach and manage the sales team using Insight Selling methodology and best‑practice frameworks.
• Lead, inspire and motivate the team to meet business and individual targets.
• Deploy resources strategically to execute market strategy.
• Increase customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, innovation and revenue.
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, market trends, opportunities and threats.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English (native or bilingual) is mandatory.
• Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding financial objectives in complex customer organisations.
• Experience working cross‑functionally to build high‑performance organisations.
• Expertise in creating and executing sales strategies to maximise go‑to‑market resources.
• Extensive experience negotiating at C‑level.
• Passion for delivering a world‑class customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams using value‑based, customer‑centric buying methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify, hire and develop top sales talent.
