Account Manager – Seller Relations

About the role
As an Account Manager at SHEIN, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its fashion sellers, helping them grow sales on the platform. Based in São Paulo’s Faria Lima district, you will join a dynamic team that supports sellers through data‑driven insights and strategic guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Increase sales volume and order count for all assigned sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion sellers, monitoring performance and operational issues.
- Assist sellers in selecting SKUs for campaigns and promotional events.
- Prepare detailed reports for category managers to inform strategy execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Experience managing marketplace partners.
- Logical, problem‑oriented thinking and solid analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and Mandarin/Chinese; English is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
