About the role
The Account Manager, Sourcing will lead the delivery of Tag’s sourcing services, translating the company’s vision into actionable plans for client accounts. You will ensure operational excellence, drive cost‑to‑serve optimisation and foster continuous improvement across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality‑of‑service standards for a portfolio of accounts.
- Implement standardized operational processes and track performance metrics.
- Provide regular management information reporting and fulfil reporting requirements.
- Communicate critical issues between operations and client services, ensuring swift resolution.
- Partner with functional teams while adhering to corporate policies and internal controls.
- Manage staff performance, set development goals, and promote a high‑performance culture.
- Investigate escalated client issues and keep the Operations Director informed.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet timelines and financial targets.
- Support new business implementation and cascade organisational messages.
- Compile and issue monthly client billing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing client‑facing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of clients’ businesses and the impact of sourcing services.
- Ability to develop and execute action items from account plans.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain open cooperation between operations and client services.
- Leadership capability to mentor, develop and retain direct reports.
