Active Directory Administrator (Remote – Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to join a global enterprise team on a fully remote basis in Brazil. The role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Active Directory and related identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Manage user, group, and computer objects, including permissions and access controls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to AD services.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and support problem‑management activities.
• Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, system administration, or identity management.
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale, global environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, international teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Windows Server environment knowledge.
• Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Monitoring, backup, and recovery of AD services.
• ITIL‑based operational processes.
