About the role
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), a global medical technology company, offers its Young Apprentice program in São Paulo through its talent pool. The program connects young people starting their careers with practical experience, professional skill development and a learning path designed for them, working alongside experts.
Required profile
- Aged between 18 and 22 years old.
- Currently studying or having completed secondary school.
- No previous apprenticeship contract.
- Availability to work fixed hours from 09:00 to 15:00, fully on site (4 days of practice at BD and 1 day of theory with the union).
- Easy access to the São Paulo office (Chácara Santo Antônio) or the distribution center in Osasco.
Required skills
- Active listening, collaboration, communication and teamwork.
- Organizing and punctuality.
