About the role

We are seeking a Civil and Consumer Law Attorney to join a technology‑enabled legal team in Brazil. The professional will provide strategic support for complex litigation and advisory matters, ensuring high‑quality legal solutions for business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents, petitions, and procedural submissions across cases of varying complexity.
• Manage deadlines, hearings, and procedural activities to guarantee compliance and timely execution.
• Maintain and update legal case management systems with accurate case data and documentation.
• Analyze proceedings to support risk classification, technical opinions, and financial provisioning decisions.
• Prepare reports and legal analyses that deliver strategic insights on litigation portfolios.
• Support mediation processes and participate in hearings when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align legal demands with client expectations.

Required profile

• Law degree with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law.
• Professional experience handling civil litigation and consumer‑related matters.
• Proficiency in updating and managing information within legal case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
