About the role

We are seeking a qualified attorney specialized in civil litigation and consumer law to join a technology‑driven legal team in Brazil. The professional will manage high‑volume case portfolios, develop defense strategies, and provide strategic legal analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters, especially those related to credit operations and banking correspondent activities.
• Develop procedural strategies and draft legal documents such as defenses, appeals, motions, and enforcement submissions.
• Analyze case evidence and documentation to define effective defense approaches.
• Monitor legal proceedings, deadlines, and procedural updates, ensuring accurate data entry in legal management systems.
• Participate in hearings when required and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, partner law firms, and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, suggest process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement of legal operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Proven experience in civil litigation and strong knowledge of consumer law.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage deadlines and high‑volume workloads.
• Proactive attitude, good prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities.
