AI‑Driven Graphic Designer for Beauty & Consumer Brands

About the role

Alfafam is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer who leverages AI tools to produce compelling visual assets for a growing portfolio of beauty, skincare, hair care, wellness, personal care, and pet care products. You will work closely with internal teams to translate brand direction and marketing needs into high‑impact designs across packaging, ecommerce, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual brand concepts and packaging designs for multiple consumer product categories.
• Develop ecommerce graphics, social media assets, advertising creatives, and launch materials.
• Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI to generate product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and design variations.
• Craft and refine AI prompts to support visual concepting and brand direction.
• Maintain consistency across brand assets, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn product ideas into clear visual assets.
• Incorporate feedback quickly while ensuring high attention to detail.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in beauty, ecommerce, fashion, wellness, and consumer packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven or agency environment.
• Strong visual taste and genuine interest in beauty, fashion, skincare, hair care, wellness, or consumer products.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and ability to translate strategy into actionable designs.
• Portfolio demonstrating design ability across branding, packaging, or digital assets.
• Ability to work across multiple brands and creative directions, taking direction and feedback constructively.
