About the role

As a Junior Administrative Analyst at Bosch, you will support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for Bosch Tool products. The position is a fixed‑term contract of four months, focused on delivering clear, accurate manuals, labels and instructional content.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update instruction manuals, warning labels and other supporting documents for all Bosch Tool brands.
• Gather technical information from product development, manufacturing, marketing and customer service teams.
• Coordinate the release of product manuals across North America and other regions.
• Incorporate tables, graphs, illustrations, photographs and CAD graphics to improve user understanding.
• Maintain the corporate manual database and safety archive, ensuring compliance with the latest specifications and regulations.

Required profile

• Junior level with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user‑friendly language.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Required skills

• Technical writing and English language writing.
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to open and manipulate STEP CAD files.
• Graphics development for retail products and packaging.
• Proofreading of English texts.
