Analista de FP&A – Planejamento Financeiro

About the role

Join a global aviation services company as an FP&A Analyst, supporting financial planning and analysis for operations in Recife. You will work closely with business units and the global finance team in Dubai to turn data into actionable insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the budgeting cycle: gather assumptions, consolidate data, control versions and monitor execution.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and predictive tools.
• Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual), investigate deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and contribute to the reporting package sent to the global finance team in English.
• Track profitability indicators such as ROIC, ROE, EVA, EBITDA margin and contribution margin.
• Assist in CAPEX management and economic‑financial feasibility studies for projects and investments.
• Provide data and projections for cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Automate and standardise analytical routines using Excel, Power Query and Power BI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong accounting literacy – ability to read income statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid financial mathematics knowledge.
• Advanced English (reading, writing and reporting).
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, proactivity and a genuine desire to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with non‑financial departments.
