Analista de Marketing Sênior – Product Management

About the role

The Senior Marketing Analyst – Product Management will manage a portfolio of high‑impact product lines within BASF’s Care Chemicals division in São Paulo. The role focuses on driving growth in new business opportunities while safeguarding the profitability of existing products, working closely with the regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial proposals together with the regional sales team to capture market opportunities.
• Lead the definition of product positioning, pricing strategy and portfolio composition in collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain functions.
• Monitor and improve financial performance (P&L) of assigned product lines, ensuring margin targets are met.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities for both commodity and specialty segments.

Required profile

• Strong communication, influence and customer‑focus skills.
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience with P&L management and analytical decision‑making.
• Background in product management, controlling, procurement or supply‑chain functions.
