Analista de Processos – Remoto (Brasil)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Analyst to join a fully remote team in Brazil. The professional will drive operational efficiency by mapping, analyzing, and optimizing end‑to‑end processes, leveraging data, automation, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Map and diagnose current processes, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement projects from problem definition through implementation and results monitoring.
• Create, track, and align performance indicators (KPIs) with business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and actionable metrics to increase visibility of operational performance.
• Implement automation solutions using workflow tools, system integrations, and AI resources.
• Support cross‑functional teams in adopting process‑management best practices.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all automated workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process mapping, optimization, and measurable impact delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
