Analista de Projetos Senior

About the role

WeWork is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to lead the design and build‑out of new community spaces across the region. You will coordinate internal and external teams—from architects and designers to logistics and construction leads—to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall quality, budget, and schedule for each project from site identification to hand‑off.
• Provide full‑process oversight, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising workload.
• Ensure project teams are properly resourced and motivated to meet milestones.
• Lead gate reviews and sign‑offs from early interest through final hand‑off.
• Act as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Play, Due Diligence, Documentation, Pre‑construction/Bidding, Construction, Staging, and Close‑out phases.
• Generate and maintain reporting data for senior management.
• Travel to project sites as needed to oversee progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex construction or real‑estate projects, including due diligence, bidding, contract management, and people management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative “we” mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.
