About the role

The Senior Quality Analyst will ensure high‑quality digital products throughout the software development lifecycle for a fast‑paced, agile environment supporting critical healthcare operations. Working closely with development and product teams, you will embed quality from design through production releases and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality across the lifecycle.
• Design, plan and execute functional, regression, integration, API, performance and security test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs and system integrations using modern frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Identify, report, prioritize and track defects to resolution, ensuring proper validation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to quality discussions from early product definition.
• Support continuous improvement of QA strategies, processes and best practices.
• Perform impact analysis and validation across environments, including UAT/homologation.
• Promote initiatives in test automation, QA processes and product quality standards.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a QA Analyst or Software Test Engineer in complex software environments.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation using Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance and security testing.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) environments.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
