About the role

Join a leading global IT services company as a Support Analyst, providing second‑line incident resolution and on‑site assistance for end‑users, hardware, and network infrastructure. You will work in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and mutual development.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Log detailed ticket information, keep tickets updated, and communicate progress to clients.
• Perform IMAC activities, stage, image, provision, and build workstations.
• Provide hardware and software maintenance, including printers, meeting‑room devices, VCON, and mobile devices.
• Deliver on‑site “smart hands” support for servers, network devices, and infrastructure.
• Assist with backups, OS migrations, and implementation of client change requests.
• Manage asset lifecycle, inventory, and documentation for end‑user and network hardware.
• Install and manage network hardware, perform cabling and fiber management, and support local network operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party providers for break‑fix activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
