About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Solution Consultant to provide on‑site and remote technical support for our clients in Rio de Janeiro. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, and supporting network equipment and VoIP configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote help‑desk support to end users at client companies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity problems.
• Configure, maintain and support switches, firewalls, routers and related network equipment.
• Assist with VoIP network configuration and VLAN segmentation.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and internal procedures for clients.
• Support logical and physical migrations within controlled change windows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networking, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and programming logic.

Required skills

• Fundamentals of IP networking, routing and network segmentation.
• Basic knowledge of VLANs and corporate network topologies.
• Familiarity with network equipment such as switches, firewalls and routers.
• Experience with VoIP network configuration.
• Python for process automation and data handling.
