Analista de TI Pleno – Sistemas QSSMA

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level IT Analyst to join the ACCIONA‑BRK consortium on a water sanitation project in Recife, Brazil. The role focuses on supporting and continuously improving the QSSMA (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Regulatory Management) systems, especially the MyLIMS laboratory information management system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for QSSMA systems, ensuring stability and uninterrupted operation.
• Analyze, triage and follow up on tickets, incidents, functional queries, parameterisation requests and improvement proposals.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor implementation, integration, expansion and enhancement projects, managing risks, timelines, testing and acceptance.
• Configure, validate and document system functionalities, access profiles, data entries, workflows, reports and integrations.
• Collaborate with QSSMA, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to align priorities and communicate effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process standardisation, automation and data reliability improvements.
• Maintain governance artefacts such as documentation, demand history, test evidence, responsibility matrices and performance indicators.
• Ensure data security, traceability and availability in line with LGPD and change‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in supporting enterprise‑level information systems, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
