About the role

Voltalia, a global independent power producer, is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its Accounting department. You will be responsible for the monthly closing of accounts for companies under both real and presumed profit tax regimes, supporting both local reporting and group consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly closing of accounts for multiple entities, adhering to tight deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements and perform financial reconciliation of balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss accounts.
• Report monthly results to the head office and support group reporting requirements.
• Assist in audits and interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle a high volume of companies and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting and active registration with the CRC.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in monthly closing, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of direct taxes, IFRS and Brazilian GAAP (BR GAAP).
• Intermediate English proficiency (tested).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
