Android Application Engineer – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for an Android Application Engineer to join its remote team. You will create and maintain high‑quality mobile applications, focusing on exceptional user experiences across Android devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Implement user interfaces that follow Material Design guidelines.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize performance and guarantee compatibility across a range of Android devices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Android development experience.
• Strong command of English (advanced level).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
