Architect – On‑site (Fortaleza, Brazil) – Fluent English

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join our in‑house design team in Fortaleza, Brazil. The role combines technical design, construction documentation, and on‑site supervision for boutique hospitality and low‑rise residential projects, including villas and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical architectural design from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.
• Translate design intent into buildable Revit models and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Provide on‑site architectural supervision, quality control, and day‑to‑day technical problem solving.
• Review and approve minor design deviations and support inspection and acceptance of completed works.
• Assist with tender and construction documentation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.
• Strong technical and construction understanding with the ability to work independently.
• Professional level of English and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks (BIM coordination).
• AutoCAD competency (required).
• Rhino knowledge (a plus).
