Architectural Works Coordinator – Relocation to Ceará

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Works Coordinator to lead quality and execution on a landmark luxury hospitality project in Fortaleza, Ceará. The role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to proactively resolve site issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of architectural works and finishes during construction.
• Verify workmanship quality against specifications, approved materials, mock‑ups, and design intent.
• Ensure construction execution complies with luxury hospitality standards.
• Review completed works, identify defects, inconsistencies, and non‑conformities.
• Assess architectural finishes based on construction tolerances and quality requirements.
• Coordinate corrective actions with contractors and subcontractors.
• Resolve site‑related architectural and technical issues proactively.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and site documentation.
• Monitor progress and support project delivery schedules.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate issues to project leadership.
• Support final inspections, snagging, and handover processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and 5 years of on‑site construction experience.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, resort, branded residence, or high‑end villa projects.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quality inspections and review architectural finishes.
• Strong understanding of construction tolerances, detailing, and quality control procedures.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on active sites.
• Advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Ceará and work full‑time on‑site.
