Art Director (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director to shape bold, high-impact creative work for fast-moving restaurant and retail clients. Based in Brazil and working remotely, you will translate marketing strategy into compelling visual concepts across branding, campaigns and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong creative concepts for campaigns, branding, social media and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into visual directions, sketches, storyboards and polished deliverables.
• Lead projects from concept through final execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Stay current on cultural trends, advertising practices and platform-specific requirements.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and elevate overall creative output.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in advertising agencies, creative studios or brand-focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a polished portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, able to work independently in a remote-friendly setting.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
