Assistente Comercial – Saneamento (Caruaru & Arcoverde)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support the sanitation project in Caruaru and Arcoverde, Pernambuco. The role will help manage the full commercial cycle, from customer registration to billing and collection, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and control of processes such as customer service, meter reading, registration, invoicing, collection and payment.
• Monitor commercial performance indicators, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of data entered into corporate systems, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
• Provide operational and administrative support to operational teams and related areas.
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory norms, internal procedures, deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help achieve the concessionaire’s performance targets.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Experience in administrative or commercial routines, customer service, invoicing, collection or data management.
• Preferably experience in regulated sectors such as sanitation, energy or telecommunications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial processes including registration, billing, collection and payment.
• Ability to analyse and treat operational and commercial data.
