About the role

The Logistics Process Assistant will support a high‑impact logistics operation for a major player in Brazil's oil and energy sector. The role ensures smooth execution of transportation processes, from order management through billing validation, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with financial and tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests and create transportation orders for freight services.
• Monitor execution of transportation requests to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Review, validate, and adjust transportation billing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve blocked or retained invoices caused by financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies.
• Track logistics transport demands to ensure visibility and operational continuity.
• Support extraction and analysis of operational and financial data using SAP R/3 queries when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree (mandatory).
• Experience in process analysis, customer service, or operational support.
• Solid knowledge of logistics and cargo transportation processes.
• Experience with billing control and handling blocked invoices.
• Familiarity with financial and tax routines, especially accounts payable in SAP R/3.
