About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant Intern in São Paulo. You will work on data‑driven strategic projects for leading brands, gaining exposure to technology, analytics, and a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic consulting projects across financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business development, account and product management.
• Analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Structure challenges, explore solutions and contribute to end‑to‑end consulting engagements.
• Participate in volunteer activities and team‑building experiences.
• Network with senior leaders through speaker series and mentorship sessions.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose strategic solutions.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
