Associate Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Performance Analytics. In this role you will help translate data into actionable insights for a diverse global client base across banking, payments, retail, and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop and contribute to analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Maintain and grow working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Produce sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
• Plan, organize, and structure work for junior consultants, identifying effective analysis structures and synthesizing findings.
• Lead team and external meetings, co‑lead projects, and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles with a focus on data‑driven insights.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to manage relationships at senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and drive project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analyses in clear narratives.
